Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Enrollment in the Program:
By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. To enroll, you must complete the affiliate application accurately and provide truthful information.
Eligibility:
Individuals and entities may apply to become affiliates. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content on your website or social media channels.
Commission Structure:
Affiliates will receive a 50% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link. Commissions will be calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
Payment:
Commissions will be paid monthly, within 30 days following the end of each calendar month. Payment will be made via the method chosen during the affiliate registration process.
Cookie Duration:
Our affiliate tracking cookies have a duration of 30 days. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking on your affiliate link, you will receive the commission for that sale.
Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of spamming, illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, creating fake accounts, or using misleading advertising.
Promotional Methods:
Affiliates may promote our products through ethical and legal means, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. However, affiliates must not bid on our brand name or engage in any form of trademark infringement.
Termination of Agreement:
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. If terminated, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Disclaimer:
We make no guarantees regarding the success of your affiliate marketing efforts or the level of income you may achieve. Earnings are dependent on various factors, including your marketing strategies and the demand for our products.
By enrolling in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate account and the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
